NDT Solutions

Ultrasonic (UT) NDT

- 0.08–635 mm range with 0.01 mm standard resolution.
- 20°C to 60°C continuous (up to 80°C intermittent); high temperature up to 500°C.
- Single-element, dual-element, pulse-echo, and echo-to-echo.
- Modular transducer and gauge, easy calibration, real-time A-Scan, and 25-Grid scanning.
- True-stabilized surface attachment with ±90° mounting, compliance for curved surfaces, pipes, and stiffeners.

Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducer (EMAT)

Dry Film Thickness / Coating Sensor (DFT)

- Non-contact inspection, no couplant.
- Minimum detection thickness: 1.5 mm
- Tolerant to coatings (up to 4 mm), oxidation, and surface roughness
- 60°C continuous, up to 120°C intermittent; optional high-temperature version up to 700°C

- Ferrous and non-ferrous substrates (magnetic and eddy current)
- 0–5000 µm range
- Accuracy:1 µm; resolution:0.1 µm (1 µm for >100 µm).
- Temperature: -10°C to 60°C
- Minimum curvature: 5 mm
